ACCESSIBILITY · RESILIENCE
Change the conditions. See the plan respond.
Edit demand, near/remote splits, session windows and known weather conditions in all three cases. Recompute three policies, household burden and costs within the same resource pool.
Synthetic scenarios and estimated costs. Planned service is not observed vaccination; field effectiveness is not yet established. What do these three cases demonstrate?
These are feasibility demonstrations of one planning method: C1 tests single-village delivery and a registered alternative road; C2 tests household accessibility and burden; C3 tests shared resources across villages. Their outputs are conditional evidence for the configured cases. This workspace explores variations within each preset; a different village needs its own complete configuration and a fresh calculation.

Edit this case’s demand and sessions
Inventory, vehicles, staff and equipment keep their original configuration. Changing demand adds no free resources. Near + remote must equal the dose demand in each row.

Routes and planned service

Three policies under the same conditions
Household access, burden and village service
Visits are not doses. Round-trip distributions include planned household/session visits only; unmet obligations are separate. Exceeding the travel target within a declared acceptance limit does not mean a shorter journey or verified consent.
Routes, original protection clock and resources
The protection clock runs from original loading through unloading and readout. It is a declared planning limit, not an observed vaccine temperature.

FROZEN ANNUAL ILLUSTRATION
What does retaining service cost?
48 rounds in an illustrative year: 36 normal, 6 delayed and 6 with a main-road closure. Weather occurrence frequencies have not been assumed. These annual results do not recalculate when the plan-page temperature changes.
Central price assumptions. Delivery and monitoring support costs only. Additional vaccine purchases, clinical delivery and disposal costs are not fully priced. Existing staff time value is reported separately from cash.
How platform sharing is assumed
80% of initial development, 50% of maintenance and all hosting are shared equally. Local adaptation and support remain. These are cost allocation assumptions; the three cases are alternative demonstrations and their budgets are not added together.
Preserved inventory and cash savings
This is a sensitivity analysis against the fixed-plan reference, not a prediction of avoided spoilage. The reference pool is the same product-specific normal shipment capacity repeated over 48 rounds. Actual annual shipments and comparative loss rates are unknown.
The sensitivity assumes a 15% baseline loss rate, not an observed rate. ₹90 and the other dose values are not a product identity or local procurement quote. Stock used to expand service receives no purchasing cash credit. Procurement savings do not automatically transfer to the local operating budget.
What the evidence currently supports
The larger C3 example spreads fixed platform costs over more service. It merits further pilot evaluation under the stated assumptions. No case has yet demonstrated cash payback through reduced vaccine discard. Acceptability requires an explicit budget or willingness to pay for retaining planned service, alongside verified local cost and loss records.

SEPARATE SYNTHETIC EXECUTION EXAMPLE
Follow the original tasks through recovery.
This 50-task example demonstrates the execution ledger. It does not replace the three newly computed weather cases, and it does not establish high-temperature equipment performance.
Accepting a rescue plan creates a commitment, not an administration record. Later completion counts come only from explicitly supplied synthetic reports. Preserved tasks are not counted as avoided vaccine discard.
